Okay gang, we have finally done it. We will quit our jobs the middle of December and head for Waverly Tennessee. Using the old bidding process on the court house steps, we bid on a piece property and got it. We now have 5 lovely acres with a house on it, and fairly flat. Now to fix it up the way we want it.
We don't have cell service at the ranch, but Verizon data card connected in and that is how were doing this. More work tomorrow. Need to get the electric connected and test all the appliances. We will be moving up around the middle of December. Don't know when we will get back but will stay on top of things via the web. You never know, all of a sudden there we might be. It's been great having you all as friends and everyone stay in touch. Happy camping to all. Ralph, get well.

Congrats on your deal in TN., did they mention to you that it is cold as s... in TN in the middle of December?
When you get good connections we want pictures, directions, and then make sure you let us know when the RV sites are completed, of course Robin requires 50amps with a full hook up.
Again, congrats and ENJOY.

Hey, Jim and Doreen!
Congratulations!
After all of our conversations on your move, it sounds like you found HOME! We are so excited and happy for you too.
Please keep in touch, and definitely send those pictures.
Thanks for the technical advice over the years and for taking our coach upon delivery and guarding it as if it were your own. Perfect PDI!

Jim and Doreen, congratulation on the new property. Tennessee is one of our favorite states to visit. You will find the weather a bit differnt there than Florida but you will definitely have 4 seasons there. Hope you get it just like you want it.
travel safe

Renegade, great news! If you want to stop by for a rest on the way we are at exit 198 at High Falls campground on the west side of I 75. Or if you want to stay for free you can stoip by our dealership at exit 201. We have free parking and dump. We can give you power and water right now (later full hook ups). We wish you the best and will definitely stay in touch.
Congratulations on the new ranch. Be sure to put up plenty of hook ups

Thanks Gang, I guess I'm going to turn into a farmer, maybe trees. I'll take a look at Loretta's park and see what is what. Not a bad idea to get away during the HOT FLORIDA summer days. Will see about the local weather, right now it's lovely, warm 75 day and 55 at night. Great sleeping weather. Don't need the ac.

Congratulations Jim & Doreen on your new home in beautiful Tennessee! I grew up in Waverly area and lived there most of my 58 years. I currently live outside of Memphis. The weather can be hot and humid in the summer months and can get cold in the winter. One good thing for you is there should not be any hurricane's to worry about. It is funny that you are trying to get to Tennessee and I think I would love to live in Florida. You will find the cost of living pretty cheap there, but city of Waverly is not growing very rapidly. Again, good luck on your move.
