Can't speak from personal experience. However, according to the 2008 Trailer Life Directory, the place has 223 total spaces with 52 available, indicating a large number of permanents though probably only seasonally occupied. Likely more of a residential atmosphere vs. an RV resort style. All depends on what you like.

Hopefully, someone who has visited there will chime in.

I have never been there. However, I can tell you that that area is snowbird country. My assumption is there will be plenty of seasonal people there.

I can't help you with that park, but if you don't want to travel that far south, You can check out wildernessrvparkestates.com That is where me & MikeT & Mo are at and it's about 35 mins from Par The Course.
