Found a new RV web site that appears to be pretty good. Probrably like IRv2 was when it first started years ago but seems like it will really take off as they have forums on engines, drive trains, ect besides the usual forums. Something IRv2 and others are lacking. You might want to go and check it out, may be a good back up for tech issues. Link is below.

Thanks Derek for the info. However,i prefer chatting with the folks rather than talking about engines & stuff. Then again for those who understand that stuff, might enjoy it.

Just took a quick look at the site and I like the topic areas, too. Now, if we could just get them to let us set up a Florida Boomer-like area, we'd have the best of both worlds.
I also noticed that its search function is far superior to irv2 in both function and ease of use. Hmmm.

Ralph, they have the same forums as IRV2 but also expanded forums covering more topics. I am going to ask them to see if they will add a Florida section.

This thread was edited to get it back to the original topic of discussion intended by the starting member, that being a thoughtful exchange of knowledge by advising members here about another site that has forum discussions on engines, drive trains, etc., that may be a good back up for tech issues. All the derogatory, flaming posts were removed.

Derek:
Have you had a chance to pursue the idea of having a Regional section yet? I think it would be a great idea to be able to interface with other RV forums. You can never have too much info and/or ideas as RV owners.
Keep us posted!

If I may be so bold? Please don't spoil a good thing. You can't have everything you want in this life. Just an opinion.

Johnsandywhite,
On behalf of the 24 Moderators/Administratos who spend upwards of 10 hours a day managing this site with no personal gain except for the knowledge that our Members and Guests will come away with more information and friendships than they started with, many thanks for those words of wisdom.
If you are going to be in the Orlando area when you come to the USA this fall, give us a call or send us an E-mail at the info below.
