Cooters and Snowbirds Lunch

The past couple of years, assorted Florida Cooters and snowbirds have gotten together for lunch or dinner.

To keep this tradition going, here's the details for this year:

Sonny's Real Pit Bar-B-Q
750 W. Main Street
Inverness, FL 34450

When:
For lunch
Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 1 p.m.

I've reserved a private meeting room at Sonny's which can seat up to 35 people. For those of us who are 62 or over (or look like we are ), this Sonny's offers some good lunches including drink for $6-$8. And of course the full menu is also available and they accept cash and credit cards.

If you plan on coming, please post on this thread so I can let Sonny's know how many to expect. Hope to see you there!

Sounds like fun! Sonny's is one of Michael's favorite
dining establishments when we are in Florida. Unfortunately,
we will not be heading south until Feb 9th! Have a great time!

Don't worry there is a Sonny's about 7 miles from the campground! Not to mention a lot of other nice places to eat at!! Looking forward to seeing you guys again, see ya soon!!

We will be at Manatee Hammock
2/10-2/14. Arriving at Wilderness around
Lunch time on the 14th staying until the 26th.
