Well, in the last week, we've had 2 minor earthquakes here in Maryville, TN. The first one, a 3.3, was at 5:30 in the morning, and the second one, a 2.7, was at 10:30 the other night. Not enough to do any damage, but enough to wake everyone up.

Sure wish Mother Nature would be a little more considerate in the timing... I need my beauty sleep

I hope the "Tail Of The Dragon" didn't get hurt.

The Dragon has been closed for nearly 2 months now because of rock slides. Can't get between NC and TN. Talk is they're going to have small portion of it open soon. The businesses are really hurting.

And today we're supposed to have strong storms, 60 mile an hour winds, hail and possible large tornadoes.

Gotta love Spring.

Tnsauerkraut, you must be in your stick house, not RV. When the big quake hit northern Mexico on Easter, my wife felt it in the coach, but I didn't standing outside. We were near Palm Springs. Our friends who were at El Centro headed north early. They got tired of all the shaking from the main one and the aftershocks. And their cat is traumatized.
Wind? We can tell you about wind after this spring.
