I have just recently joined the irv2 forum,and while browsing I found the dixie region section,The dw and I are interested in coming to the fall rally,I know its late ,with the cutoff sept.15,,,but is all that we have to do is register and then show up? Tom

I, too, am a new member and took it appone myself to register Pat & I for the Appalachian Campers fall rally at Timberlake CG in Whittier, NC

I called Betty Brown at 828-497-7320 to register and immediately mailed a deposit check of $25.

This looks like a great place to camp and time of the year. Look forward to seeing every one there. Sounds like a good time.

Glad y'all signed up for it,always glad to meet new folks! The group is pretty laid back and even though activities are planned its not "laid in stone" and you can participate or do you own thing. We went to Sportsman's rally at Whittier in April last year and its a nice campground-wide campsites,babbling brook,but no tv without a dish,which to some is a plus. The foliage should be at peak about that time of year also. We will be a day late getting there as my class reunion is the same weekend,but we'll see y'all there!
