The Appalachian Campers would like to invite y'all to our rally at Meadows of Dan,Va. August 4-7, 2005. Come on up and cool off in the beautiful mountains of Virginia. Dianne & Tom,
Thanks for the invite. We're wanting to ride our bikes on the Creeper Trail again this year. Meadows of Dan is a ways further east but we're going to think about it.
Read over at rv.net about the fuel pump post that attacked your rig in SC. Hope everything is getting worked out on that.

Yep Dave and Jo Ann the thing ran over and hit my fiver. I got the panel off today and Northwood is sending me a new panel. The only problem I am going to have to wait until 2-21 as they don't have one in stock. Tom E at Northwood in Winchester has been helping me and it is going to be a easy fix. Tomorrow I am cutting the damaged 3/4 inch plywood away and replacing it with new wood. I don't even think this repair is going to be expensive. I was lucky in a way I found a water leak from the wheel well has soften the wood. Just glad I found that and I am going to check the other side.

We need a few more folks to call or they won't hold our spots; just call 276-952-2292 to make reservations no deposit is required and nothing goes on a charge card. If there's a shred of a chance you might go, call them and hold a site, can always cancel it later.

Thanks for the reminder. I just got off the phone to Meadows of Dan and made reservations. To anyone else thinking about going, this part of VA is very pretty in August and a welcome relief from FL humidity.
Do I need to post this on the Appalachian site also?

Bumping this up as a reminder and would like to add that on Thursday night Aug.4 we will host a welcome cook out,hot dogs,hamburgers and all the fixins,just bring yourself and your favorite beverage!  Ya'll come on up and cool off!
