Depends on your standards for "too cold". Northerners say its warm but southerners will say its cold. We have our home base in north-central Florida (Ocala area) and we get sub-freezing nights 3-6 times over the winter. Usually right around freezing, but once in awhile it might be low 20's. Many nights in the high 30's. The days are usually sunny and pleasant, but it's not into the 70's until late morning, especially in wooded areas.
It's a bit warmer along the coasts - Cedar Key area on the west coast and Titusville on the east are pretty nice all winter. In central Florida, follow the orange groves, since they avoid areas where freezing occurs. That's generally south of Leesburg.
