florida rv lots??

my folks go to az for the winter. they are in an area that is setup for rvs. they can have up to 3 seperate sewer, water & electric hook ups. the lots are the size of a normal house lots. but, you can park 3-4 rvs on it. that is what the area was built for.

the question i have is: does anyone know of such lots in florida (anywhere)? we really don't want to buy in a campground. what they own is really the way to go. just in the wrong state for us..

Yes, as a matter of fact my husband and I are meeting with a company this week that does just that in Florida. I have done conversions in the past with apartments but since we are now full timers, we thaought this is a good match for us as well. We just left AZ and you are right, they are more popular in the west than in the East. I will get all the information and I will pass it along. we love the setups in az. but, florida is where we would rather go
