Sorry I haven't replied sooner. I have not been down to NCL since last July. Normally I spend a good portion of the winter there but circumstances prevented it this season. I will be passing through in mid March. Mostly too look the property over and see what may need attention then off to Red Bay, Gaffney and D.C.. It's probably a good time to look at buying in the depressed market. Don't be afraid to make a ridiculous offer. You might get it accepted. Send me a PM and I'll offer you some of my observations.
