Today I spoke with the Director of the Super Rally, and we are working out the logistics of how we all can arrive at different dates/times and still be together as a group. It appears that it can be done, I have spoken with the person in charge of parking who didn't think so, but apparently his boss has other ideas
She will be getting back to me in the next day or so with more information. As far as I know now, all we'll need is a list of who is planning on attending.
I'll post more info as I get it.

Thanks for the comeback, Larry - you're on the list.
After more discussion this afternoon, it looks like we can be able to have a block of spaces set aside for our group.
The information that I need to supply the FRVTA with ASAP is how many rigs are planning to attend, and what day you are planning to arrive.
I would like to be able to get the info to them the first part of next week, so if you're interested in doing this, please let me know.

Okay Larry - I'm not sure when we'll come over - I'd like Carol to be able to schedule Wed off as well.

Hello Boomers!

As one of the founding members of the Florida Boomers, I'd like y'all to know that I will be a vendor at the Tampa RV SuperShow.

Come by my booth (A70) and say hello. You can even register for my door prize, a digital tire gauge. My booth is listed under MannCo Financial Services.

It's been a couple of years since I've visited with you so, please come by.

Anyone know is tickets can be obtained in advance (like in Orlando), or at the Expo entrance (or at parking)? Reason is, with the wife's back, we'll likely limit ourselves to the Expo bldg area to look at the new Foretravels, Country coaches, etc. She can't walk all over heck and gone. We'll be tooling on down the in the TDI (40+ mpg) since the MH is awaiting a new exhaust manifold (and Banks kit).

The Expo Hall is on the US301 side of the fairgrounds which is the side we normally park on. Ticket windows are right at the entrance. There is a separate parking fee just to get in the lot.

I don't know about advance tickets but you can check their website http://www.frvta.org.

Sorry for the delay in responding, between trying to get communication with the show staff and this board's internal server errors, it's been a little tough.
What I have this afternoon is that it can be done, and will have all of the necessary information by late Thurs or early Friday. I will post as soon as I am able.
The following people that we have wanting to go are
1.Larry and Mary
2.Jim and Barb
3.Ed Gray
4.Steve and Carol

There also was one other person that emailed me and wanted to go, but the message has been lost. I forgot your name, but I will make a slot for you as well.
If there is anyone else interested, please let me know by Thursday afternoon.

Thanks

STEVE VAL: Thanks for your reply. Since posting my question to you here, I have secured a reservation at Tampa-East RV resort, therefore I do not need you to hold a spot for us. While attending the supershow I'll be looking for all you Florida BOOMERS, as I am looking forward to meeting you. ED

Steve, If possible we would like to join the Florida Boomers for the Tampa show. We will arrive on Wednesday and leave on Sunday.
Thanks,
Bob

On edit-Just found out we will probably have to leave on Saturday. If that is a problem, we can pay for Saturday night anyway.
Bob
