I am Lou aka RMM. I am the better half of Mrs. Floridaboomer.

All you need to do is check in at the office and give them your name. Our reservations for the most part were made at the same time so we will be in the same general area.

Now as to how to find us....well that won't be hard..... all you have to do is look for some pink flamingos on the campsites. So boomers put out your bird when you arrive. If that fails look for a brownish Vectra, no doubt "Vectrola" won't be far away. If that doesn't work sit out front of that Dutch Star of yours and look lost..we'll find YOU!!!!

We are heading to Manatee Hammock tomorrow for the space shuttle with our out of towners -- In fact, when I talked to Essie last week she asked me if I was coming in the next week and I told her with the Florida Boomers. There seemed to be no problem!!!!

Linda and I will be arriving Friday the 22nd. Linda works mornings at Spacecoast RV Resort; we will be leaving around 1PM for Manatee Hammock, can't wait to meet everyone.

Just a thought....does everyone know that the dates that were on the beginning of this thread were changed? The rally is actually on the weekend of July 22-24. I'm waiting until Miss Essie is "available" on Thursday to make our reservations.

Janice, I did not know either and I'm balding. We cann't be there because we are chasing hurricanes in the carribean that week. Leaveit to meto schedule a cruise during a hurricane (we leave Sunday)

Rick...Oh No!! See Cheap rates aren't always the best deal. Maybe they'll take you up north instead. How bout a cruise to the Northeast? It was in the 50's the day we left there last week. No, really..I hope it works out for you guys. Think they'll give you your money back??? Yeah, right.

Rick look at it this way. A cruise is a cruise but a cruise in a tropical storm is an adventure. Just about everyone plans a cruise during nice sunny weather, but you my friend are not like everyone else........... You are not afraid to get out there on that ship that is miniscule compared to the vast oceans, brave the 40-60 mph winds, look those 25 foot seas in the face and smile knowing you could have been hanging with your boomer bud's playing boccee ball, having a fine pot luck dinner, telling fireside lies as only you and Lou can.
Just kidding, well mostly. You and Cheryl ( that is who you are taking isn't it?) have a great time and don't worry about Emily. If she knows better she will stay far away so the two of you will have a great cruise.

We changed the dates as your truely had to take a class, and this was the ONLY time I could take it..although it worked out well for a few others as well.......things seem to happen that way.

I am sure Miss Essie will find you a spot, although with the shuttle delay we might get lucky and see a space shot...now that would be cool.

Hey Jim (Islander) see if you can't work out shooting that shuttle off during our rally, and try not to knock off that window cover again...geez
