Levi the bus (short for Leviathan) got home last night. Close to 10 mpg for the trip from Texas.
Next project is setting up 50 amp service at the house. If anyone has done this, did you do a long extension cord or a buried cable? My friend in Pensacola recommended going to a boat supply place for extension cable.

Dave,
Good trip back. On the electrical, if I remeber correctly a lot will depend on the distance from the coach to the power plug-in. I am assuming that you are talking about house to cpower plug to connect coach into. Best bet would be to take any measurements needed & visit someplace like home depot or Lowes and check with soomeone in the electrical dept some of those guys are pretty knowledgeable. It all depends on how far back you have to start from.

Welcome home, glad all went well.
Now the fun begins, sorry can't help you on the 50amp, no electrical knowledge beyond the light bulb changing.

Dave don't know what your lay out is this is what I done I installed a 50amp breaker in the main panel for the house ran electrical pvc conduit with water proof outlet receptical snaked 2 #6 wires and 1 #10 wire through conduit, mounted it on one leg of the tree house, water outlet back side of the leg.It makes it easy when you live in a tree house, you have all that room underneath to work with.Good luck on your project.Looking forward to meeting you and the Miss'es.
