What a great weekend. Manatee Hammock is really a very nice park and their club house worked out perfectly for us.

It was so much fun seeing everyone again and meeting the new Boomers, Bob and Linda. Hope you'll join us for more rallies, you two!

As always the Potluck food was great and there was certainly plenty of it.

Can't wait to see all who can attend Lazydays, next week.

Stay healthy and safe!

Another Great week-end with our Boomer family. We really enjoyed seeing everyone again and hearing their travel stories and what has been happening in their lives.
Nice meeting Linda and Bob and hope to see them at another rally soon.
Rick and Cheryl's family and Carolyn and Jim's family joined us and it was good to put faces to the names.
See you all soon

I think our daughter summed it best when she told Cheryl and I that she now understands why we want to go camping with the Boomers. In her opinion "those Boomers are the nicest group of friends I think you have ever had." What can we say - one smart kid.

Once again, a weekend with our BB's (Boomer Buddies....not to be confused with Bubble Butts) was a blast. It's so nice to have fun, laugh, and relax all at the same time. The only downside to the entire outing was arriving back home, only to discover that two pieces of my beloved Yellow cake with chocolate icing were unaccounted for. I guess I don't have to name names, but we all know who is behind this audacious abduction....right Lou?????

See ya'll next time, so stay healthy and safe.

Evening all from Manatee Hammock.
Derek & Audi, Vectrola & Islander, Bill & Jan, and Robin and I dined Mexican tonight over on Merritt Island.
We now await LIFT OFF of the Shuttle tomorrow morning. We just learned that they close the gates to the campground so we will have our own private viewing section. We also found out that we are nearly directly across the river from the actual launch site !!!!! So hopefully we will be rockin' and rollin' tomorrow morning. I'll do my best to get some pictures that we can share.

Hey, Bubba:

Speaking of "buying" ... I hear you're selling your Grand Am. I'll check around with our RV group in the Villages and see if anyone is interested since it already has the base plate and wiring for towing. If I find someone, are you going to sell the tow bar and all also?

Let me know.

Missy,i may be trading in the car for a car for Teri.... actually, she would buy it from us and she'd trade it.If you find someone soon, call us.
If we sell/trade it,i'll remove what ever i can of the towing stuff.
Thanks,Ralphie

Hey, Bubba:

Will do! I have already posted it on our RV website in the Villages. I didn't know a price, but put your name and phone number on the post so they can call you directly. I hope that was OK.

We have decided to tow the Malibu to LD even though we haven't resolved the Ultra Guard skirt issue. We have a bra for the car, so that should be OK for this trip. At least I'm praying that it will be.

We're leaving on Sunday after after church for LD where we'll "dry camp" over night. We have an 8:00 appointment on Monday morning, so this way, we won't have to get up so early to head there. We allowed two days for repairs and they better get them done. Actually, we have no complaints with LD. When we had the Journey they took great care of us and seem to be doing the same this time.

See you guys soon. Can't wait.

Love,
Missy
