Due to the price of fuel we probably going to spend a week here some time the end of June. It is a little pricey for where it is. It only about 20 miles from our house and I can take the boat down a do a little fishing.

The Campground looks nice Tom.
I am not sure when we will be able to travel again. Camilla's Dad's kidneys are failing and the Doctor says he just has a few months to live. He is 93 so he is not candiate for transplant or dialysis. We may not even be able to go to the iRV2 Rally this year. We will just have to wait and see what happens. Camilla and I both plan to retire next year so maybe we can afford some diesel to get out and travel some then.
Bill

DiandTom,
Looks nice. We lived in Alliance, NC, for a couple years back in '76. Remember Boaz Squire real well. We have not been back to that neck of the woods in several years. Great group of inhabitants in that neck of the woods. We moved in, went shopping, came home, and there were two full grocery bags of fresh vegetables on the door steps. I wish I could have kept that 6 acre, built in 1895 home.
You brought back some memories and now I have an idea of where I can stay if and when we get back that way.
Thanks.
p.s., Boaz Squires is said to live on our former property.

Dianne said that I should tell a little more where this campground is, other than Pamlico county. Pamlico county is east of New Bern, NC. The Campground is 25 miles from New Bern and on Bay River.
