River Vista Mountain Village RV Resort in the Great Smoky Mountains

Made reservations today for May at River Vista at Dillard, Georgia. The bottom land from Montain City all the way to above Dillard is plowed and ready for planting. Looks like a huge year for tomatos.
Anyone in the area around the 13-15th stop by for a visit.

Doc,
We own a site in the Falls View owners section of River Vista and plan on leaving FL for River Vista around the beginning of May. We may stop in Alabama for a week or so but should be up there in Dillard by the 12th. We own site 176, Falls View Drive. We'll look you up. Enjoy your stay -it's a great area for sure!

Great, looking forward to seeing you guys. Al, sorry you cannot stop by. We plan on being in Bethpage for sure - but as we always are, long range planning is just something we have read about. If everythng works out we will be there. Thinking about doing a trip to Tucson in the fall to see an old retired cop there. He has been bugging us to stop by, but I am not sure how you 'stop by' Tucson. Anyhow, see ya in Virginia.

Would like to see you guys, but after we go to Myrtle Beach a few days the first of May we will be putting the rv away for awhile. With these fuel prices we will be staying closer to home,if we go out at all. Still thinking about going to the IRV2 National rally, but too early to commit yet. Y'all have fun!

I understand that completely. If there is no correction on fuel prices, the Tucson trip will have to be put off as well. I am getting to go to Miami on Sunday (tomorrow) for a BMW truck trip. Not my favorite way to see Florida, but the pay is OK. Stayng overnight someplace around Ft Lauderdale then loading and heading back Monday morning.

Dunc I believe we are on site 51, but this place has so many duplicate site numbers it is hard to say. I think Holiday Rambler street, site 51. Near the power and cable center anyway. We are invitees with a local Pilot Club and always get invited to come. There is a couple of activities there that weekend so you might want to get reserved early. Something to do with the town of Clayton I believe.
