Best rally I believe Ms C and I ever attended. Lots of great food and pig!! Tom you and Diane did a great job. Thanks a lot!

Now thanks to all of you guys that helped me with the electrical problem last night. Tom and Tom N, Mike, Beau, Joe, Al, Jimmy, Richard (if I missed any I am soooo sorry)
The charger stayed on the batteries all night and was still pumping electric into them this AM. Special thanks for the loan of the charger Joe
Cords, meters, lights, tools are going to be added as soon as I get the coach back.
Now, dim light and poor eye sight causes my apology to all our friends and every one in the campgound. I looked at the digital clock in the bedroom and saw '7:42'. I figured that it was 6:42 right? Time to head out to get to the shop early enough to get to the service dept. That must have been the time the alarm was set for. In actuality it was something after 3 AM. I was up and packing up was well under way when I figured it out. We tried to be as quiet as possible, but I know I woke some, if not all of you up. Please, please forgive us.
I hope you all found the items you loaned us. I asked Tom to return Beau's cord. Thanks Beau

Have you ever been sick and when you get to the doctor's office, start feeling better? Guess what? When we got to the dealer the tech fired up the generator and it ran for almost an hour with out missing a stroke. The EMS unit was still reading from 0 to 1 however. I put the toaster on line and it raised the output to 8 amps. I still think that is too low for a toaster, but what do I know. Usually when the batteries have been used a lot, it pulls 12-16 amps just charging. He is still scratching his head and looking into the EMS at that. I told him about the batteries and that I figured they were fried. He agreed when I said the charger was still locked on high charge after several hours. So thay have it and I told them to keep it until it was right or until Thanksgiving - whichever comes first. We loaded all the food, necessary items, dirty clothes etc in the Element and headed home. They have contacted me twice since we left it there around 8AM asking questions.
Oh yeah, forgot to tell you, punching buttons n the dark and caused the door awing to extend about a foot or so. Will not retract!! Here I am at a rest area on 77 with a rope, trying to tie that thing back to keep it from blowing off, without a ladder. Another item for the punch list. When we got to the dealer and cut the ropes, it retracted like it was supposed to!! go figure!
Thanks again guys for ALL the help and a great weekend of fun. Hope we can see you in April (and see what breaks down that trip)
Seeya, doc and Ms Carol

Doc,we can't speak for anyone else, but we didn't hear a thing! It was really a shock to get up earlier than we normally do and find you gone. If you did wake anyone up I'm sure they didn't hold it against you, totally understanding you wanting to be there as soon as the dealer opened up the doors.

Doc:
I can understand your miss reading the clock, in fact I am surprised you got any sleep. I think I would have been awake and thinking of my pending encounter with the dealers service department, never a good thing.

Hopefully you will have the coach back shortly and be ready to take a short outing to check out the operation for piece of mind.

As far as upsetting anybody, I was surprised when I walked down a little after 8:00 to check on you and found an empty space.

Please post the results so we can all learn from the issue

We never heard you leave.

We slept great all weekend except for the occasional barking dog.
