Often we hear about the poor service we get from RV dealers. I want to take this opportunity to say how pleased I am with Sun Coast. They have kept every promise made to me with regard to my Winnebago purchase. They will have our consideration when my next RV purchase comes along. Bill

WELL LET ME PUT MY 2 PENNIES IN.
THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT LAZYDAYS IS;
1- CUSTOMER FOR LIFE FREE CAMPING
2- GREAT DEALS ON THE COACHES
3- RENEGADE

LONG STORY SHORT YOU WILL GET A GREAT DEAL AT LAZYDAYS BUT DON'T COUNT ON GOOD SERVICE, WE HAVE BOUGHT 2 FROM LAZYDAYS AND IT WASN'T THE SERVICE THAT BROUGHT US BACK.

WE HAD REALLY HOPED THAT SUN COAST WOULD MATCH LAZYDAYS BUT WOULDN'T OR COULDN'T AND FOUR OR FIVE CAN'T (REMEMBER) THOUSAND DOLLARS IS A BIG DIFFERENCE.

I WOULD HAVE TO AGREE WITH VECTROLA.AFTER I BOUGHT MY RIG AT L.D.,EVERYTHING WAS GOING GREAT.
THEN,THEY CHANGED MY SERVICE REP.I QUESTIONED THEM ABOUT THAT."OH,NO BIG DEAL MR.HAMILTON" WE
JUST WANTED SO & SO TO TAKE CARE OF YOU.
THEN TRY AND GET A SERVICE APPOINTMENT
THE BEST I COULD GET WAS THROUGH MONACO SERVICE IN WILDWOOD.I MADE THE APPOINTMENT IN NOVEMBER..
THE BEST THEY COULD GIVE ME WAS......MARCH '05
THEY SAY IT'S BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THE "SNOW BIRDS"....WELL,I COULD GIVE A FLIP ABOUT THEIR SNOW BIRDS....I'M A CUSTOMER JUST AS WELL!!! OK,YOU'VE PUSHED MY BUTTONS!
I'LL STOP FOR NOW.
BILL,I'M GLAD THAT YOUR DEALER HAS TREATED YOU WELL. .........WAIT 6 MONTHS,THEN TRY FOR WARANTY WORK.GOOD LUCK

So, Tom since when do you stutter ??

Ralphie will be getting the "right" medicine once he gets his butt in the Safari, and gets down the road to a FL Boomer Rally.

Ralphie, don't forget to get your Valentine something...or we could drive down to Albertson's and get some of those roses again!!

As far as "Very Satisfied Customer" goes I have to agree with Bill. Sun Coast RV in Cocoa has done everything they promised and MORE for me as well. I used to think I was "special", but if they are treating Bill that way....well they must treat EVERYONE that way.

Opps, posted under the Mrs.'s name.

Lou, here.
