Just wondering how the ones camping around the Tampa area came through the storms? We were watching continous weather on a local channel and it sounded like it was rough down there.Hope no one had any damage or close calls!

Things got a little wild in St. Petersburg while visiting our daughter but no damage. Our rig was at Hillsborough River State Park for the Cooter Rally. Everybody there came through undamaged as far as I know.

We were at 1000 Trails Orlando with my in-laws. It was their first time sleeping in an RV. We turned on the TV just in time to see all of the tornado watches being posted. My mother-in-law heard the wind all night Got really cold but watching the NFC championship game it looks a lot warmer here than in Green Bay

Hi All,

Well it was real windy, wet, and cool up here in Ocala as well, but we heard about the bad weather and we all got our awnings secured!! I have Mike & Lynda (ParTheCourse) to thank for taking care of mine, since I was up at the Willie Nelson Concert @ Silver Springs ! I pulled into my site just as they finshed securing my stuff !! However no matter how cool it is here, it is still way better then back up in NJ !!!!!!!

Here in Brooksville we were real close. Touched down 10 miles away and was supose to come right into campground. Luckly it died out first. We went to the indoor pool area that is make of cement blocks. We could hear the wind howling but stayed away from windows.

We were doing our shake down trip near Sanford.
Got a chance to check for leaks but the worst of
the weather was north and south of us. Got an
inch of rain but missed the wind. CBB

We were at Hillsborough River State Park also
& we saw several Titaniums there -
We were on the other side in our hybrid and
just some rain happened to us.
Mainly at the RV show it looked UGLY, but
only got some rain and not VERY windy like
we thought. But Saturday and Sunday night
was COLD............burned lots of firewood!

Be glad you are in FL cause it is REALLY cold up here today. Course it could be worse. It is 9 degrees in Chicago with a wind chill of -24. BRRRRRR. Hope you guys are having fun in sunny FL.

Hope you two are doing well and staying warm!
