2011 Mid-Atlantic Campers Luau Intinerary

I am posting the intinerary on behalf of Bill&Nora Stewart...

The Luau itinerary is as follows:
Friday evening June 24th
Dinner reservations for 6:00PM at Bread of Life Restaurant in McAllisterville

Saturday morning June 25th breakfast at 9:00 at the Tent
We will provide eggs for "Eggs in a Bag".....everyone should bring their
fixins for what they want in their omelet. If anyone wants toast it
is BYOB (bring your own bread). We will provide coffee for everyone.
Please bring a covered dish to share with everyone.

Saturday evening June 25th
The luau will take place. The campground owners provide the meat for a
minimal fee. Everyone should bring a covered dish to share with
others in the campground.
Our group will have a Chinese auction after the luau....everyone should purchase a gift worth between $5.00 and $10.00 to participate in the auction.

Sunday morning June 26th...breakfast at 9:00 at the Tent
we will have "Eggs in a Bag" with everyone's leftovers from Saturday morning....then we will all say farewell

We will host the Hawaiian Luau again next year. We would like your feeback so we can reserve the same spaces for next year.

Okay, just a day away!!!! Who's going???????? What time will everyone arrive?????
What food are you bringing???????
Linda and I will be getting down there around 1:00.
I know its a Luau but were having for Sat. morning : Mexican Festa.
Dinner is a Hawaiian Chicken Long rice dish.
I hope the weather holds out for us.
