Hey - that was just my "wannabe" face. After all the slams on the Newmar site I'm laying low. Darn - I almost feel left out not having any problems with my old, second hand, not so cool coach. Oh well - I'll just keep parking next to those big rigs at the flying J. Actually Steve that weekend might be a problem - I'm tentatively scheduled for a business trip to Indiana - dates are still shaky. I need to tell you guys a story about Mr. Bear - he really did it last weekend.

Ya know Bill, that wanna be thing was totaly taken out of context. It was the coach "Newmar" I was refering to, never about a person or persons. How could any group ever expect to make so many negative posts about their coachs and think nobody would respond ? I'm sure that's what you were refering to with your remark about all the posts. Where I come from if ya don't want anyone to know your problems, don't say nothing.
OK, what did my nephew do ?

I agree Steve- but like you said - I can buy what I want - if I was so impressed with myself and what I own I would have stayed with the cabin cruiser instead of "lowering" myself to a $30k rig. Funny thing is we seem to get where we want to go, get a good nights sleep, watch TV, drink some Jack and Coke (even have an ice maker), cook on a $10.00 grill and best of all can sit around and relax with friends we choose - can't figure out what the difference in $600K and $30K life style is. Like I said before I'm not too sure I want to spend the big bucks - haven't lost a day of camping in 2 years with this oldie but goodie. I hope Bob gets the problems worked out - either with the Essex or what ever he buys. Just not too sure about some people in the neighborhood though - LIGHTEN UP GUYS, if you know how. I'll shoot you a PM on the Bear later -

I have edited posts for two days and tried to get the forums back on track and this thing will not die...I am asking you guys to please stop this diatribe about the recent issues in the Newmar forum...
AS far as posting my issues, this is an RV forum and as an RV owner of a coach with issues that I've found to be cropping up in other coaches with the same chassis,I certainly thought I was helping other Newmar owners learn of issues I was having in order that they could watch for them,or in some cases, even compare similar issues...
I would sincerely appreciate your letting this issue die...
For the record I have PM'd Peter and Steve and explained my position and the actions I've requested.
Thanks...
