Welcome to the iRV2 web site and forum.

Last summer the National iRV2 rally was held in Lancaster -- you might do a search on the forum for a lot of information on the area, sites to see, etc.

Wife and I wandered into downtown and found a Brew Pub with a great menu of food as well. Had 11 different fresh brews on tap. They even fixed up a place for us to park our truck -- plus we had a private tour of the brewery!!

Enjoy your travels.

go down route 340 to the town on Intercourse. Kitchen Kettle Village as well as the town has a lot of nice shops. If you go over to Strasburg, you can visit the train museum. There are still many shops and things to do.

As far as food, Good `n Plenty and Plain & Fancy is Amish style cooking served family style. Millers and Shady Maple are popular smörgÃ¥sbord eateries.

Campgrounds have many brochures for you to find things that appeal to you. Pick up a yellow fanfold map titled: Free Map of Amish Farms. Has many of the attractions with a good map to help you get there.

Spring Gulch is a very nice CG. Being in the 1500 group you will be up on the mountain. This require the use of your toad to go anywhere in the CG. Be sure you have it along.

While in the area stopin at Shaddy Maple Smorgasboard. It's all you can eat of PA Dutch food. Go hungry!
