EXCITING NEWS! The MidAtlantic Fall Rally is now the MidAtlantic Fall Fest Rally - a.k.a. - Oktoberfest in September!
Fall Fest 2007 iRV2 MidAtlantic Rally Details...
Our desire is to make this a REGIONAL RALLY. including the Nor'easters, Pond Piggies, and the Appalachian Campers, but, anyone from iRV2 is invited!
The weekend AFTER Labor Day - Sept. 7, 8, 9 - at Mill Bridge Village Campresort.

Activities:
MAIN EVENT!
Just like the final activity of the 2005 National Rally, we will do a German-themed Pot-luck dinner on Saturday evening with entertainment provided by the German Band, Landler Kappelle! German-themed beverages will be provided, including Yuengling beer and a variety of PA Dutch soft drinks!
Group pot-luck breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday - everyone bring something to share (I'll provide coffee).
German-themed pot-luck supper on Saturday evening - Bring a German main dish AND a salad OR a dessert. Beverages will be provided.
Saturday night entertainment provided by The German band, Landler Kappelle. Bring a snack to share for later in the evening.
There is a large "lounge" area we will use for meals and entertainment.
Sites: We have blocked 15 "Tree-named" sites along the stream (if you look at their map). All sites have electric, water, sewer and cable. The rate is $110.00 for the weekend (Friday and Saturday) and $32.00 for all other days if you arrive early or stay late.
If I need more sites I will add them but they may not have full hook-ups.
Reservations: All reservations must be made by August 24. Contact me at r.koelsch@verizon.net with any questions. I need payment for your entire stay when you make your reservation. Please let me know if you want to stay extra nites either before or after the weekend. I also need to know the type and size of your RV. You can send your check to payable to Mill Bridge Campresort to me. Email me for my snail mail address if you need it.
Registration: Everyone needs to register at the office upon arrival, but you do not pay them directly. I will send all payments with the reservations prior to the campout. Check in time is 1:00 PM, check out is 12:00 noon.

Rick, you can plan on us being there and I think we will bring a long one or maybe two other couples. I will let you know on them but we will be there and will arrive on Thursday. We plan on taking in a show in the area on Friday evening. Can you check out and let us know what might be going on in the area ? Maybe others might like to join us.
If you need any help let us know, we would be happy to pitch in.

We'll be in Lk. George until 9/6. We will go straight to Mill Bridge from there. So we'll be arriving Thursday 9/6.

It's pretty far for us to come for a weekend and we don't have any vacation time left for long weekends so we will be unable to make it. Thanks for asking though.

I have talked to the other two couples and seems like they are not going to be in town that weekend. So at this point you can strike them but we will be there for sure. I am sill working on some other possibilities but nothing firm at this time.
This should be a great weekend, we need to get some other interest going here.
We will be arriving on Thursday for sure.
