Hi Mid-Atlantic Campers!

Have any of you camped at Mt Creek Campground in Gardners, PA? Near Gettysburg and Carlisle.

If so, we'd like to hear your assessment/opinions.

Thanks bunches!

Yes we have. It is a nice campground, but a little pricey. I rate it a 8.5

I used to live near there when I was a teenager. My family camped there many times. I really enjoyed the place. Lots of mountains to wander around in.

A very nice campground with a great store. Bought a yummy frozen icey drink there every night. I found the bathhouse very disappointing. I did not use it but my fellow campers with a popup did. The sites are numbered strangly and it is hard to tell which side of the electric post your supposed to be on. It rained all weekend and the place turned into a big puddle but it was fun watching the water level rise in the stream and wondering if we would need to run to higher ground. YIKES! All in all we had a good weekend visiting and watching the rain. My rating 7-8
Would I go again - yes.
