I mistakenly deleted a post from here a few minutes ago stating that we hope our irv2.com friends got thru those storms of yesterday ok.
They looked pretty bad.

HERE is a link to several news stories carried by the Virginian Pilot, the local newspaper in the area.
One can also visit wavy.com and see video footage shot from their new chopper..... pretty amazing.

The one fatality which had been earlier credited to the storm has been now been ruled a result of natural causes.
There were some 200 injuries reported as a result of the three tornadoes reported.

As I am from this area and still have friends and family in the area, (not affected by the storm), I am not aware of any iRV2 members who directly lived in the area, although there certainly may be members who know someone there.

Our prayers are with those affected by this storm.
