Howdy all! The Spring Campout is fast approaching. Just reminding that if you have not notified me that
you are coming, please do so. Here is a list of those I have heard from so far:

Koelsch, R
Koelsch, G
Mohr
Trostle
Heindel
Olson
Anderson, D
Anderson, P (maybe)
Ammons (??? are you coming)
Thompson

I need to make a date change. I have to go out of town for a conference from April 15 until April 22. If you could all please get your fees to me by April 13 I would appreciate it. That way I can pay the campground
before I leave.

Once again, here are all the details:

Spring Campout Details...

The weekend BEFORE Mother's Day - April 29, 30 and May 1 at Mill Bridge Village Campground -
www.millbridge.com

Activities: Group pot-luck breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday - everyone bring something to share (I'll provide coffee and hot water for tea or hot cocoa). Covered dish supper Saturday evening - Bring a main dish AND a salad OR a dessert, Chinese auction around the campfire Saturday (bring any useable item, especially pertaining to camping - artfully wrapped), and lots of camping chatter all weekend. No organized tours, but PLENTY of sights to visit in the area. Please bring wood for the campfire if you can. There is a large "lounge" area we can use for meals if the weather is bad.

Sites: We have blocked 20 sites along Pequea Path (if you look at their map). The group fee is $30.00 per site, per nite, and all sites have electric, water, sewer and cable TV. This fee covers two adults and 2
children.

Reservations: All reservations must be made by April 21 (NOW BY APRIL 13). I need payment for your entire stay when you make your reservation. You can make checks payable to Mill Bridge Campground if you desire. Please let me know if you want to stay extra nites either before or after the weekend. I also need to know the type and size of your RV. Please email your reservation info to me at:

r.koelsch@verizon.net

I will reply with my mailing info.

Registration: Everyone needs to register at the office upon arrival, but you do not pay them direct. Check in time is 1:00 PM, check out is 12:00 noon.

We will be discussing plans for the 2005 iRV2.com National Rally (also at Mill Bridge) all weekend...and recruiting help! Check out http://www.iRV2.com for details

It was a good time, despite the weather. Looking forward to the National in June and the Fall Rally the weekend after Labor Day.
