Awful quiet around here. Just finished smoking up about 5 pounds of Salmon for next weekend - I would recommend a certain wine to go with it but all the wine expertise in our family lies with the wife - I just go along with what ever. Don't know how the weather was by everyone today but it was just beautiful here in So Md. Might have to try and do a little crabbing tomorrow morning. Wishing everyone a happy mom's day.

Hey RK....Don't know why I'm just thinking of this, but I'm sure you've got a diesel fuel stop all square rooted for us don't ya?

That Vectra will surely be thirsty by the time I get there and before I saddle her up again...

There is a truck stop just a short distance from the campground on Rt. 30 and a Sheetz that has diesel at the intersection of Rt. 30 and 896.

Since I'll be "with toad", I think I'll opt for the truck stop....Sheetz are really nice, but sometimes the fuel islands are a bit crowded....

Taking the coach to dealer tomorrow to get turn signal cam module replaced, then topping her off with fuel and I'll be ready to go...Four wakeups and I'll be on my way!!

Thanks to ichntogo from the forum,I found another way to get there without having to do the Route 13 N fiasco....

I'm planning on a chicken/pasta dish and a 13x9 of brownies as well as some fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts for breakfasts.....Ought to go good with salmon....eh?

Anything goes good with the salmon - wife makes up sour cream, onions and capers with the salmon for a "kill for" dip. We usually make it up around the holidays but it goes so fast I don't get any - it's one of those dishes that if no one likes it, all the more for me
Since the salmon is really for the cocktail hour I'll throw in some ribs for the pot luck - sounds like food is not going to be an issue.

FYI I make scrambled eggs for 1 breakfast, put them in crock pot so they stay warm after they are fryed. Don't know what friend is making for the other..Somthing in a 9x13 pan. I will have casserole and salad for supper, Deb is doing the happy hour stuff. 4 days to go I do hope I can borrow something if we forget (food supplies) since we will be in cabin and it is not like camping in the MH where everything was alway there.

Yeah anyway - what Steve said! But I still enjoy a glass of dry white, ice cold, once in awhile.

I'm not gonna look at what anyone's drinking or not drinkin'.....

All I care about is that I'm somewhere with the jacks down, the awning out and that big dish in the air!!!

Had the coach at the dealer today for some last minute warranty stuff...all fueled up and ready to roll!!

Pet peeve....With the "onset" of $2.75 diesel prices, can we get the stations to RAISE the pump pre- approved amount from $75 to $100 ???

There....I feel better!!

I'll drink to that

Hey Rick, I will be bringing along Pats parents for the weekend, they will be staying with us. Do you need to give the camp ground a heads up, or do I handle it when we get there?

Steve (and Rick...)

The campground rates are advertised as:

Mill Bridge Village Campresort 2006 Camping Rates
Quoted rates are per night. All rates for family of 4 (mother, father, children to 17 years old)

If it helps,I'll be traveling by myself,so they'll be "making" money on my reservation, maybe they won't charge any different for you Steve....I'm sure it can all be figured out when you get there....Bring it on brother!!
