I guess it is not too early to start this thread. At our campouts we have a covered dish breakfast on Saturday and covered dish Dinner on Saturday. Sunday morning those who can gather for coffee and a light breakfast, more like a continental breakfast.
The people in power at iRV2 do not allow us to edit posts after a time period, so it is impossible to keep updating the first post. So we cannot have a single post to look at to get a synopsis of the signup list. So I guess I'll have keep a running log and when everyone signs up for a dish, I will post the list.
Breakfast is pretty much bring the breakfast dish you want to.
For dinner we need (please sign up for 2 items): - Salads
- Side Dishes
- Meats
- Deserts
Bring your own beverage, plates, napkins and eating utensils for dinner and breakfast. Coffee, milk and sugar will be supplied for breakfast only.
So think about it and post what you plan to bring for each meal.
Me - I will bring a breakfast casserole for breakfast and Pork/Sauerkraut & Potato Salad for dinner.

As something you are providing or as something for someone else to provide?

Is there a good restaurant nearby for Friday eve dinner?
How is the local TV reception at the park? I plan to not bring my sat system and will use their cable system.
