Hi All,
While looking for a campsite, I found this at the bottom of the page....
"Alcohol is strictly prohibited and possession of alcohol is grounds for immediate revocation of camping permit."
Any thoughts?

Like all State parks in Ma. they need a reason to throw you out if you become beligerant drunk.I leave my beer and mixed drinks in red plastic cups,then when the park patrol comes by,I slide it over to Karens side of the picnic table.I have never been thrown out  , Seriously you will be fine as long as you behave yourself.

We don't plan on starting a riot (unless the Yankee fans give us reason to  ), so we should be ok.
The Yanks should be done with baseball by then anyway.

Well Al, I'm glad you asked! Chris and I were thinking that it would be nice to get a group together for a trip to Block Island. The Block Island Ferry leaves from Point Judith which is very close to Fishermen's and takes about an hour to get to the Island.
The other thing we were thinking folks would enjoy is in place of a pot luck supper, we'd have a good old fashioned clam boil!
I'll start new threads shortly to gauge the interest in these activities and get people signed up.
