We hope everyone has fun at the Wicked Good Rally! We won't be able to make it this year. (Linda does in-home petsitting where if someone wants to go on vacation and not board their animals, we stay in their home and take care of their pets, and she's booked that weekend. Unfortunately she's booked up most of the summer, too!)

We'll miss seeing our old friends and the opportunity to make new ones.

Okay, let's get this out in the open right now. Terri and I both have new glasses and they are nothing alike. Also Dave has seen them both and he knows the difference between them.

Got it?

Lets get something straight right now.....I will never expose Terri again. My personal pleasure depents on me being silent. Bill will have to find his own glasses. In fact, if Terri is exposed, he will "really" miss his galsses! LOL Dave

Okay today is the day we are heading out! Yahoo!
Doris that wood should be fine. We can go get it with the truck. And I know you must have something outrageous.
I can't wait to see everyone, rain or shine we will have a blast. There is a big pavilion with a big fireplace so we can all gather and have fun, fu, fun.
Here is a tentative schedule.
Friday: official start of the rally.
5 pm: hot dogs & hamburgers for everyone at he pavilion ( bring your plates and utensils and something to drink)
Evening campfire (location to be announced)
Saturday: 9 am: morning coffee at pavilion, bring your cup
Day for exploring the area, taking walks on the beautiful grounds, playing games in the pavilion, etc.
5 pm: potluck dinner at pavilion
7 pm: campground dance, Nor'easters win the costume prize. Maybe we could enter the dance as a Mardi Gras parade?
9 pm: campfire
Sunday: official last day of the rally
9 am: potluck breakfast? Discuss next rally location & organizer

IT'S RALLY TIME!

I'll have two waffle makers with me and plenty of stuff to make them, if we want waffles Saturday morn.

Let me know how much we want and I'll check with Brian (that's where we get our wood, and I assume it will be less since they don't have to deliver) about price and let him know when we'll pick it up. Just add the gas cost into the cost of the wood. A warm fire is worth it.

I really don't have anything outrageous..might have to make a trip to the Salvation Army.

Trying our best to get up there today..have to clear up some stuff first.

Good Morning!
We are here at Deer Run, had dinner with Bill, Nancy & Al at a local establishment last night and then catching up at Bill and Nancy's place. It is cool & cloudy but that is okay. We are going to go get wood today and then we can have a fire in the pavilion. However the weekend is supposed to be beautiful!
We are sorry that bill & Nancy (Vetman) and Linda & Jim won't be able to join us. Nancy we all hope you will be better soon and on the road again.
See everyone soon! Time to rally!
