How bout East to the Thousand Island Bridge, south on 81 to 90 in Syracuse then east Boston north on 1.
Or you could pick up 90 in Buffalo via Toronto.
Don't know if the new ferry takes rv's but it would be fun, pick up 90 in Rochester after the ride across Ontario from Toronto.
Or you could stay south on 81 for as long as you like then turn east to 95 and or 1 then north.

If you come east on 90 take 495 north which will run into 95 north. Take 95 north to Bangor, Maine than 9 north to Calais, Maine Which will be the border crossing St Stephen, NB. Will be 1 than 127 to St. Andrews a short ride after crossing. I will be going same route July 4th on way to Halifax, NS. HAPPY TRAVELS. ---"007"

There are numerous CG's enroute, one of interest to you maybe the Desert of Maine off 95 in Freeport,Maine. Its a potato farm that now has ocean sand in place of top soil. --"007"
