The Block Island Ferry leaves from Point Judith and goes to Block Island many times a day. I'd like to get a group together for a day trip to Block Island during the Fall Rally. The cost is $17.40 round trip. If we get enough people, we may qualify for a group rate. Is anyone interested in taking the 9:00 ferry Saturday morning and returning on the 5:00 ferry back?

Just for those who have never been to Block Island. It is a fun place, you can rent motor bikes for one or 2 people, travel the island visiting the light houses and beaches. Without a bike or scooter you will probably stay in town and visit the bar's and shops.

Capt Bud, I will go to Battleship cove with you, I have been to Block Island quite a few times. I can only imagine a real Battleship with a real Capt. to show me the ropes!

Bud, Bill, Tom and anyone else interested... The Fall Rally is on a 3 day weekend. We could have a Block Island trip on Saturday and a Battleship Cove trip on Sunday or the other way around.
