We will be going to be the first to camp at Camp P.
We will try to give a comprehensive report on this new campground that has just opened in the Myrtle Beach area.

The owners have transplanted from this area, and we wish them well in their new endeavor.

Do have a website for them? We are looking into trying a new place this year when we go to Myrtle Beach. I didn't know there was a new campground going in down there.

No new Motorhome yet. Maybe by the spring time.

Can't wait to get to Camp P !!!!! He has a pad with 50 amp service and a dump -- no wifi, but it's better than Camp T with 15 amp, wifi and grass.

Now I have to locate the stuff that they left at Camp T and bring it.

Camp P is DriVer's new home that they just bought!!!! They have settled near Myrtle Beach and are done wandering for this year.

So we'll soon be down the highway and see them soon !!!!

Sorry no wi-fi yet but we do have a Linksys "g-rated" router and all but no cable broadband yet. We'll have to see how that all works out in the next couple of months. If we're not here a lot I hate to pay for utilities if we're not using them.

The VZ620 is working out real well here. Not the fastest horse outta the gate but it gets there.

Camp P has 1 backin' concrete site with a 5W hookup just like down at the beach.

Featuring an enclosed 12 x 14 screen porch and ceiling fan on the back of the house for those late night jaw sessions.

Must be seen to be believed.

You all are of course invited. Driveway to RV Pad can park 2 coaches at any one time.

30A is accessed using a 50 to 30 dog-bone.

It would be nice if we could wash our rigs there (Camp P) or at least our toads. Are there any particular nites where there is a CG buffet for the weary traveler. I would also appreciate it if I could use the Indoor shower facilities, I enjoy having a BIG shower with a lot of hot water. Do you think you and Colleen could mind Sugar and Spice for a few days while Ruth and I travel alone????
I hope this doesn't sound like I am being pushy , does it?????? ROGLMAO

Unlimited vehicle washing IS allowed. Sugar & Spice are always welcome to stay for a while if you need to go to the store BUT I know that you can't be very far from "your" puppies.

Jacuzzi is not so far off being a possibility in a couple of years. There certainly is enough place to install one. We might go with a pool but we're undecided at this point.

It all depends on how many campers we have using the facilities. The more the merrier.

BTW I think a visitor's log would be a nice touch, along with a comment sheet so that you can make the necessary improvements. Remember you do want repeat campers. Also Colleen may want to stock up on some basic supplies, i.e. TP, bread, coffee, this would eliminate those bothersome trips to the food store. Please get a double delivery of yout local paper, I like to scan the local news first thing in the AM. I say again "does this sound too pushy?" Huh, huh again ROGLMAO

Well, we arrived Sat morning about 11 AM. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful site that was reserved for us !!!!
We parked and set up, DriVer being very helpful with getting us hooked up. As advertised, 5 way hookups and a level concrete pad!!!!
Later in the day, the activity director, Bunny, had me picking up assorted pieces of colored glass and HUGE Pine Cones for use later in arts and crafts.
The facilities are top notch, one could not ask for a better place, definitely a 5 STAR resort.
We are enjoying our stay, and to my great surprise, still no trip to Wal-Mart!!!!
We will post more as time permits, but we highly recommend this wonderful resort!!!

Hey All,
Wow sounds like a great place, now to get some free time to stop by for a visit !!
Also MikeT must have been the head of his writing class in school, maybe you should look into getting a work-kamping job writting campsite reviews? Besides it doesn't hurt as much when you flip a keyboard, as it does a truck full of palettes !!!
