Just got an e-mail from Tall Pines asking if there is any interest in taking a canoe trip at the Spring Rally. Here is what she wrote.

"Will your group be doing the canoe trip on Saturday or Sunday? We have 7 canoes and 2 kayaks and offer both the 2-3 hour and the 3-5 hour trip. We tell you all the best spots to swim, fish, islands you can explore, and even set you up with a bamboo fishing pole, and you float back down the river to take out at the campground. If there is a large amount of people going, it would be great if you could let me know in advance so that we can arrange the timing of the trips."

You can read more about it on their site.

That sounds like fun! I'm sure I could get one of my boys to go with me. If not, they'll have a L O N G walk back to Rhode Island!!!

Hi All,

Hey Tom that is the good thing about this group it's well establashied and very understanding!! So even though you & Carol are wagonmaster & misstress I say go for the canoe ride!! All will understand and those who don't go, will pich in and take care of any thing that comes up !!!! Besides being wagonmaster should not mean going to a rally only to work and not have any fun !!!!!
