We're visiting friends during this chilly March and looking for places we can hook up to 30 amp electricity? We'll be in Danbury, CT and Randolph, MA (just south of
Boston). It's supposed to be snowing, dumb, huh?

Are you looking for a campground or just a place to park? I am a little further north than Randolph ,about 2 hours.I have space in my driveway till the middle of April. Normandy Farms is about 30-40 minutes north.Open year round ,pull thru sites, indoor pool. I'll let Conn. members pipe in about their area

I looked at my CT guides and didn't find a CG open this early. Sorry.
Have a safe trip.

Frankie, what a great offer, thanks so much! I think after looking at options we're going to start by trying our friends' driveway. Hopefully, their power system will at least allow us to run the heater and not kill our batteries. If that doesn't work, may try out the RV park mentioned. Thanks for your response.

Aces High Campground in East Lyme, CT is open all year.

We camped there in March. Site came with snowshovel.

good thing site came with snowshovel, but right now we will need the shovel to get out of Washington, DC. It was 73 when we set up yesterday, now 27 and blizzard conditions!

Bleh... Ace's High RV park might be open all winter, and it is a nice park, but dang the managers are just about the rudest folks we've ever run into!

Thanks, that's our plan for tonight actually (Aces High) but I haven't had any success in having anyone return my calls. I've called and left 3 messages. Their answering message says they are open, so we'll see and report later.

Thanks for all the assistance. We stayed at Aces High in Connecticut, and Normandy Farms in Foxboro, Massachusetts. No water turned on this time of year at Normandy, but all else was fine until we tried to depart this morning. We were stuck in the ice at the camp spot. A pickup and some great campers helped pull and push us out. Nice to know we could ask for help and get it.
