I heard a rumor that Lonestar and Frankie are going to de-winterize next weekend (March 28). Is it true?
Youse guys don't think it's too soon? Don't we usually get a few below freezing nights in April? Don't get me wrong, I'm wicked psyched for camping season to start this year but, I don't want to push my luck and have problems later.

If they are heading south, then they should be fine . I learned from my cousins costly mistake. He had pipes freeze in his 5th wheeler walls, and what a mess..so we wait until mid April. Another person (not us) who shall remain unnanmed replaced his kitchen sink faucet, and dewinterized early to do so, and had a similar problem.
That said..I want to go camping!

Tim its ture its ture!!!!!
I need to get out for a weekend NOW. We're going to Normandy Farms in Foxboro MA about an hour from home.I think as long as the furnace is on and with the tank heat vents there will be no problem this time of year. We were at the Tri State RV Park in Matamoras (??) PA last NOv. 23rd when the temperture droped to 15 deg. (brrrr) I forgot to take the water hose in befor bed and had to get it 3:00am and bring it
into the shower to(a little stiff) thaw it out. No problem with the MH plumping.
So Tim come on up it would be great to see you.

I'm jealous! But I am going on vacation in a few weeks just not to a warm place, so I feel better knowing you aren't joining all the others in the warm climate. Have a great time.

That'd be great Pete but, I'm spending the weekend replacing all of the computers in the computer lab at my daughter's school. Naturally, that means all of the computers currently in the lab need to be moved to various classrooms.
Hope you guys have a great time!!
