What fun! We will try to post pictures of the mother of all fires tonight. Although the weather was cool, it was a beautiful fall weekend with the colors just beyond peak. A whole bunch of us took a great walk on Saturday, with Mutt & Jeff (Daisy & Sam)in the lead. We did learn all kinds of info about others playing Boxers and Briefs. You never know what interesting tid bits come out in those kind of games. If we do this again next year, our friend Ron said he has one of those industrial heaters we can bring to heat the hall. Although the mother of all fires was entertaining. All I can say is that it was a great last hurrah!

No, but I'm pleased you cared enough to ask. I really liked that one too LOL. I seem to forget something at every rally. Are you a tupperware dealer Jerry? If so, maybe I can order a new one from you! We did have fond rememberances of you at Deer Run, when we noticed the slightly bent table

George has posted a picture of Gil tending the mother of all fires. Makes me warm just looking at it.

Gil says..don't forget, that was just the starter fire. Once he filled in the sides, it really came to life! He then turned it over to his apprentices (George and Bob) to keep it roaring!

As usual, we had a great time!!! Enjoyed everyone's company, and learned we have "new" neighbors in Florida. Marty & Joan will be just a couple of lots away from us.
See you all at the spring rally in Herkimer!!!
