Hello, all Noreasters,

I just booked into Normandy Farms Campground for a week, starting on Friday, October 2, 2009, leaving Friday, October 9, 2009.

2 nights, w/s/e, $108.00
3 " " $153.00

There could be further discounts, depending on #'s

We will be on site # 512 and there are about 30 sites available in the same area.

For those of you that have'nt been to Normandy Farms, it is rated in the top 10 campgrounds in the U. S. A.
Heated indoor pool, large rec. lodge and is about 2 miles from Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place

Additional info re; Normady Farms; located in Foxboro, mass., about a mile from rt. 1 and is close to all kinds of stores, etc.

A great campground. We go there a couple of times each year. Just a word of caution if you are just going there for that weekend. The Pat's have a home game Oct. 4th. If you are going just for the weekend, to leave that Sunday leave early or make sure you take Rt1 south to 495. It's a very short hop to 495. DO NOT take RT 1 North. You'll be going right to the statium. Rt 1 starts getting busy around 9:00am. I would love to have joined you that weekend but we are season ticket holders and will be at the game. Hopefully another weekend.
