Hi, I have the intructions for making this, but I wanted to find out how those with the game are attaching the rope to the golf balls. These instructions have the golfball drilled halfway and the rope glued in. Doesn't sound real safe to me. Brett..did I see that you drilled all the way through yours? If so, how was the rope attached? Thanks all.

Hi Doris,
I to looked up the instructions for making it and saw that the bollas were half drilled and glued, I think if you find the "right" glue or epoxy you should be fine and not drill the hole to large, I ended up not having to make one, Deb surprised me and gave me a set purchased from laddergolf for Christmas.
Games is lots of fun, I still think it may be fun to build one, which I might end up doing for my son.
Good luck...have fun

John

My wife came home with one last week, its pretty addicting, once you get the hang of it,and somebody tell Jesse that you have to throw the bollas, you cant just wrap them around the top rung

If that sweetie plays the game with me, he can do it however he wants..and I'll make sure he always wins! Did she buy it already complete? Might mean I'd have it this year!

Doris, Karen paid $16.99 at TJMAXX. Not sure if you have a store in your area.

Our annual trip to Howells in Vt is coming up the weekend after the 4th, and I thought it would be a lot of fun to play with that group.
Thanks.

bigger on edit....Lynda Andrea and Dot

I hope these ladies are not following this thread to closely, tying or gluing em on the end of a rope then tossing em over the top rung of a ladder sounds like one heck of a handicap.

Who is in your golfing pic Mike? I can't quite see it. Is it Dot, Kevin and Lynda?

Went to TJMaxx today and they didn't have the game..guess we're back to Gil making it.

Doris I googeled "ladder Golf" and it looks like Target stores may have them. There are instrucrions on building them too, if it comes to that.

Disregard, Lyn and others have covered it.
