Hemlock RV in Southington, CT

This week I'm driving to Hemlock RV in Southington, CT to add four shocks and MOR\Ryde SRE4000 suspension to my 2010 Jayco Designer. I think this upgrade is worth the money and I'll update the post in a few months when I know more. This will be my first time at Hemlock. They were referred to me by Mor\ryde, and I'll update the Northeast group how this extensive, expensive upgrade went.

Hemlock Hill

My brother bought a new travel trailer from them last year. They handled his warranty repairs just fine. Hope it all works out fine for you also.

I purchased a 5th wheel from them 15 years ago. No issues.

Hemlock RV in Southington, CT, was exceptional! I was mentally prepared for the typical RV service run-around as I drove my 2010 Jayco Designer 5er to Hemlock RV for a total suspension replacement with added shocks and Mor\ryde SRE4000. But, Adam Faiz and Taylor, service representatives were examples of how service should be run (in our dreams) but rarely is.
I brought the camper to the shop in late April, at the start of the northeast camping season and the upgrades took 3-weeks. Adam and Taylor periodically updated me as parts arrived, as the camper entered the repair shop, and best of all, they contacted me when the service personnel noticed other items that needed attention. Most of these items I initially avoided to keep from busting the bank, but in the end, the camper was already in the shop, and I accepted the additional repairs. I am glad I did.

Automotive dealerships are famous for the service department 's "up-sale" of expensive cabin filters that somehow need replacement every time you visit, but in this case, one of Hemlock's suggestions was to replace a slide topper that was wearing. That meant that the service person had to look and take time to contact me!

I am delighted with Hemlock's professional service and crew, and although this 2010 Jayco was purchased in Kingston, NY, I am a 'Never Again Camping World' person and the replacement will be from Hemlock.

BTW, I haven't noticed a difference towing the Jayco 5er with the Ford 350 however my wife road inside and reported a considerable difference with a smoother ride and less beating of the appliances and electronics.
