I just got off the phone with Gaile at Tall Pines and here is the last minuet information.

Friday evening, in addition to our pot luck, they have pizza and chicken wings available.
There will be a family movie Friday evening at 8pm.

She will collect for your breakfast and dinner meals when you check in.

The icecream social is 7 pm and everyone will pay for their own at the social.

There is a hoe down in the pavillion at 8 pm and everyone that wears western attire is eligible to win a prize.

We have use of a common site between site 1 and site J. We are getting 1/2 cord of firewood to burn. I will pay for it using what was left over from the fall rally and out of my pocket and we will split the balance up between all the campers.

Our pot luck Friday will be at the common site.

Thanks Tom, for the work you have done. She also told me today we'll be able to get right on our site, at about 2 pm, for no extra charge tomorrow. (it's usually $3 for each hour before 3). She's such a pleasant person. I wish their campground was closer, as we look for a seasonal site.
Unfortunately, we don't own anything western, but I'll enjoy watching those that do possibly win a prize

I don't know Capt. Bud, that might take a prize! Maybe the band would play a minuet just to see it! All I can see is that picture of Vetman with the colander on his head down in CT and him dancing with you with that on his head. Oh no, I hope that image doesn't stick with me all day....

Al, I would think that would depend on which direction you were facing.....

Well chaps are western so if you only wear chaps, you would definitely be in full western attire. So .... Are you dancing with Capt. Bud and/or Vetman too? I'm not sure they will let us come back to this campground???
Al-Grizzly or Fuzzy? I guess it all depends on your point of view. I guess if you are dancing with a guy in chaps it's better to be fuzzy.

Hey Gris
I would think that if you wore the leather hat of yours with those Bib Dungeree's with a bandana hanging out of the rear waist pocket youd be a sure Weenier

Tom and I are on our way at 0 dark thirty tomorrow. No danciing for me I have a sisus infection, lucky to breathe. Loaded and ready to go, I think. I knew we could not leave at 6:00 because since retirement, 6:00 only comes in the evening.

Mike I hope I'm fortunate enough to get that many days of retirement and still be in as good of shape as you are.
