We visited the C/G yesterday with Bret, Andrea and Doris and Gill who were camping up the road with the Good Sams. All is set for another great production of a NorEaster rally.

The C/G has other events planned for the pavilion i.e. church service Sunday Morning, and although we are welcome to share, I think we will be more comfortable closer to our area. Brett is bringing a couple of easy ups to eat under. Are there a couple more out there that could be brought along?

Glen (Gasjarv1) is working on getting firewood for us. The little $5 bundles they sell will hardly get one of our fires started. We’ll share any expense when the time comes.

In case there is any interest in eating, there are several restaurants in the area, notable the Crystal Chandelier across the street. Additionally The C/G has fish and pizza delivered to your site Friday evenings on the hour 6.7, and 8pm.

Group rates are offered for the diamond mines that include wristbands so you can come and go at you leisure. They also offer an educational talk if there is a group of 10 or more interested.

There are still several openings on the Erie Canal lock cruise, be sure to mention IRV2 NorEasters to get the group rate.

I think the nearest one is in Cooperstown.

We have two 10x10 easy ups we can bring and netting for one (to keep the black flies out). If anyone else has netting for their easy ups, they might want to bring it.

No winery, but there are a couple of breweries in Cooperstown. Then there is Matts Brewery in Utica that does tours.

They said we were welcome to bring our own wood, didn't mention NH, like they say in the military, don't ask don't tell.
Thanks for every thing else.

It looks like Glen will be able to get a pick-up load of wood to the campground. So, if it's not convenient to bring it with you from NH, don't worry about it. We will have enough.
