Hi All,
DW and I just bought our first RV down at the Tampa RV show last weekend. We live in Massachusetts... till we go fulltime so I think that means we're Northeasters.
Wonder if there are any musicians out there? Do you ever get together for a litte jam?
We go down to Fla and pick-up the coach in April. Complete Newbies so gosh knows how many pieces the coach will be in by the time we get it home.

Hi joppa,
Congratulations on your new rig! I'm sure you will enjoy it. My husband plays guitar and loves to jam. He plays mostly folk, bluegrass and some old 60's tunes. Join us at our spring campout in CT and you can join my DH picking around the campfire.

Well I don't play all that well. Can't sing a lick. But have been playing in a local band past few years. Mostly blues. Have a FULL blown recording studio at home. But house is for sale as we get ready to go full time so ill be selling 98& of the gear.
Do figure on taking an 2-3 guitars, an amp, some effects and maybe some recording gear with me. That is if DW doesn't catch me sneaking it on board. She seems to think it's more important to have room for things like food.
Sort of thought that once we went full time I'd have a chance to practice and learn a LOT more.
Would be awesome to be able to hook-up and jam with some other wannabes once in a while. Doris you need to let your DH bring his rig along.
Mmmm wonder who's packing the drums?
007 & The DriVer's Sounds like a great name for a band!

He can always bring it along. He sold his beloved 65 Fender amp and bought a new fangled one recently that is lighter. Would he have it out around a campfire..I'm not so sure LOL.
My 14 year grandson just updated to Pearl drums (he also plays sax and a little guitar and bass)..but I'm not sure there is a campground around that will allow him to play...man, are they loud.

Hey Doris,
George used to have one of those little pig nose amps (I think that's what it's called). Not great quality but it can run on batteries, would be perfect for Gil. We could have a whole new Nor'Easter band going. Joppa, have you checked out the info for our spring campgout?

Some percussion would be great for this band. Steve do you have a tambourine as well. Swinette?? Is that in response to the pig nose? Hey all the musticians could wear pig noses and could be called "The Swines of RV".
