New Campground

Well, for all that love the Lake George area, there will be a new campground, which is in the process of being built as we speak. Go to
Chocolate Moose Campground I know, it must be Karma since I am NYMOOSE?? I have spoke to the owner, and they will be open in 2010, they are also goign to be Rally friendly, and we got a invite to hold one there if we choose to. Looks like they have allot of great ideas, and will have a pavillion, and areas for group fires as well.

So it might be something to think about for 2010.

That sounds great for family's. I bet it fills up pretty fast. At first I thought it was the other campground in Ft Ann, but it looks to be brand new.
Sounds like Karma to me, that the Moose would head this one up LOL. With all the water stuff, I think this would be great in warmer weather.
Thanks for posting this..we keep looking for the perfect spot to park for the summer..and I'm hoping this will make Deer Run's prices go lower for seasonal.

Wow Lenny that sounds good to me! I just hope if we do it when we get there, we won't have a security guard saying "Sorry folks were closed,but the Moose out front should have told you so!!" LOL You keep an eye on the campground & I will keep an eye on this post!!

Wow, this looks very nice and is pretty close to us, about an hour's drive. As long as they keep their prices reasonable they should do okay. It won't be far from Lake George RV Park. But their holiday rates are $78, wow! I think a rally there would be great.
