We are going to take advantage of our location near the fishing village of Galilee and hold a Clam Boil Sunday afternoon at the Fall Rally.

Please let me know if you'll be there.

The ingredients in a clam boil include (but, aren't limited to):
1 quart of clams per person

2 fresh pork sausages per person

2 hot dogs per person

1-2 potatoes per person

1-2 onions per person

1 lb (per 4 persons) chourico (portuguese sausage)

1 ear of corn per person

Hi All,

Hey Tim,

This sounds like fun to me, how is it going to work? Are you buying all the stuff and we all chip in ? Or are you going to start a list and everybody tells what they are going to bring? With the size of our group I guess we will need more then one pot??

See you all in about 120 more Days !!

Al... We haven't really figured out the business part of the clam boil yet. We are spending a week at Fishermen's in early July and thought we'd get a better sense of prices then. Right now, we're leaning towards buying it all and asking people to chip in.

Frankie... Bring the cookers! We don't have one yet although Chris is looking forward to shopping for one! I just can't figure out if it's the shopping or the spending she enjoys so much!
