My Doctor has advised me to Excercise, what I have been doing is taking my bike down to the boradwalk in Ocean Grove and riding 5 miles every other day. I hope that this helps...

With Bud and Bob both working out, I may have to leave Chris at home in the Spring. I don't want her to get a wandering eye!!! Keep up the good work guys!

Yes Doris, I drive to the boardwalk, but hope to ride my bike to get there when I build up endurance. Don't worry about Chris, this old body need a lot of fixing up....LOL

Wow Bud, you are going to buff at the spring rally. Maybe we should have some kind of man contest?!
But really, good for you. I know you will feel much better. George is hiking with the dog in the woods about 2 miles a day and he really enjoys it.

Well, good for you Bud. I wasn't sure if you were joking with us. 5 miles is quite a hike on a bike. I'm sure it's doing you lots of good. Do Sugar and Spice get to ride along?

Hi All,
Hey Captain Bud,
That sounds great, keep it up !! The campground I am staying at was building a gym last year when I was there, I heard it's all finshind now, not sure what is in it, but something is better then nothing! Plus I am thinking about getting a bike to ride around on when I am there! Who knows if the knees can take it maybe I will even get back into running, I know it's hard to believe but at one time I was running 2 1/2- 3 miles a day, then again that was back in the late 80's !!!
