It was discussed at the national rally, about having a phone/address book for the NorEasters. Sometimes stuff has happened and we wished to send a card, however, we did not have an address. I offered to put this together. Please send whatever part of your info (some of the info I'm looking for could include all or a part of names/address/phone/cell phone and Kids names if they travel with you, as well as birthdays/anniversary) you would like to have in the book (I understand some of you may not want to give up all of this info, and that's fine too) you are comfortable with. I'll make up the book and hand them out at the October rally. Several said they would like this, so I'll make it with whatever info I get. Email to dorrick@aol.com.

Just an update..someone else had this question, so in case you did too..these will only be given out to Nor Easters, and only to those who have agreed to be in the addy book.

Doris

It's going ot be a mighty skinny book with only 4 names. Anyone else want to be in this Nor Easters book..perhaps with just your name and cell number, if you don't want to give any other personal info?

Hi Doris, don't give up, I think the idea of the address book is a great idea and I'll be sending along my information as soon as I can. It's been very busy here at work and I'm lucky if I get a few minutes to look at the boards. Thanks for your hard work. Ken

Thanks Ken..it' s bit sad looking at the moment. I had hoped to have it for October, but it would have to go some to get enough names to make it worth it.

All right guys..guess many of you want to remain incognetto.

I'd appreciate if you would even respond by letting me know you DON'T want to be in the book. I'd like to have this done by begining of October, since we will be away a lot during Oct.

If you want to be in the book, and own your own copy, I need:
whatever part of your info (some of the info I'm looking for could include all or a part of names/address/phone/cell phone, email addy's and Kids names if they travel with you, as well as birthdays/anniversary) you would like to have in the book.
In case you thought you sent me the info..here is who I have so far..I'd hoped to have 30-35 families, based on those who have said they wanted this info:
Gil & Doris
Tom & Carol
Bud & Ruth
Frankie & Karen
David & Jackie
George & Lynn
Pete & Charlene
Kevin & Dot
Steve & Bunny
Al & Sandy
Tim & Chris
Michael & Colleen
Bob & Judy
Lenny & Chrissy
Jim & Nancy
Bill & Nancy
Mike & Mo
Rob & Jamie
Mike & Lynda
Brett & Andrea
Jim & Mary Jo
Mac & June

Something like this is good to have. I belong to a motorcycle forum too and there is a similar list being made. The idea there is that if you are riding somewhere and run into trouble (mechanical or otherwise), you can call someone from the list who is nearby for some help.
I have not 'offically' been to a NorEasters rally but I did meet a few at Normandy Farms this Spring. I'll be sending you my info shortly.

I'll be putting this together next weekend, while Gil is off to a Yankee/Red Sox game. Once it's printed, it's printed. The names I have are up above. If your's isn't there..you won't be in it or get a copy. I'd sure like to see a lot more of us in it..evey if it's just your name and email address. I'd hoped to have enough to make it a booklet.
I thought I had a few others..but if I did, then gremlins got them.

Doris thanks for doing this. It will be very helpful. Can you leave some blank pages in the back for people to add addresses at the rally?
