NY State Fair

Will be up i the area today, will probably go to fair tommorrow and mabye friday. Weather looks like it will be great. Any of you guys going up there?

We will be there off and on throughout the run. It's close enough to drop in for a few hours when we feel like it. Be sure you don't miss getting to get a sausage sandwich (preferably from Dinosaur BBQ), 25cent milk at the Rainbow Milk Bar, $1.00 baked potato at the Horticulture Bldg.

I just got back from a run and I am waiting for my Lt. to finish his paperwork so we can hit the rack!
Where did you guys get a campsite? Wondering how close you are to us and where I work.
I am volunteering at the fair Saturday 1600-1900 hrs for my alma-mater SUNY Cobleskill in the Horticulture building. Across from the baked potato booth and just down from the best apple dumplings around! Maybe I will see you.
Time for some quick shut eye before end of shift.

I think they planned on staying at Green Lakes SP, not far from either of us, been playing telephone tag with him. Not sure how long they will be around or if there’s wifi in the park.

Will be tough to make connections at the fair but a quick visit at the c/g or one of the many restaurants in the Fayetteville area may be possible if they hang around a day or two. Got your number, will let you know.

Got home last night from fair around 830. We pretty much did what we wanted to. We are here till sunday, and were planning on going to mabye the dinasour BBQ or another restaurant while here. We could also meet you somewhere else. We are here at Green Lakes, great campground, real quiet, even got my satellite to work. I will try you this afternoon when you get home from work.

You are staying in the township I work for. Green Lakes is a nice park. I will be working tonight 1730-0730 hrs. Then I am on my pass days. Hope you are enjoying it and maybe we can meet up somewhere. You should have my cell # if not Mike does. Enjoy your visit.
