I can't believe Cassel pulled out a win but, I don't think we're looking at another 16-0 season.

I think we'll see Cassel as our new starting QB. This offense is a bit much for someone to just come in and take it over, ....probably more likely to start Cassel, and hire a new number two.
Considering how much he played in the pre season, he should be ready to go (and judging from the interview I heard with him this morning, he is ready).
I think we'll see a different Cassel when given a week to prepare for a particular team via films, etc.
They don't really prepare for teams in the pre season as they would normally, rather just run the plays they want, to get looks at players, and whatever the D throws at 'em, well they deal with it.
Bill has never cared about winning a PS game.
The pass he threw to Moss from the 1/2 yard line was encouraging for sure.
I guess we'll have to wait and see.
On the bright side (if there is one), at least we'll actually have to watch all the games now, because I for one just expected the Pats to win whenever they were playing,...now it'll be a bit more interesting.

He'd make a decent number two in my opinion.
Bill has a pretty good track record going with his original number two in place of a fallen starter, so we'll see.
Although Hostetler was already a proven veteran...then there was that Brady guy.
It sure will be interesting to see what happens.

We go for first place tonight, is Lester pitching out of his mind or what, Linda and I were at the no hitter this year.

What Tom said, Cassel is it, I think he is going to supprise us all, he'll be no Brady but he'll still find Moss and they'll be looking for us to run more, and I think we will try to extablish the run. I think the kid is going to get some good shots down the field. More importantly the D is going to make BF wish he stayed retired.

my 2 cents.

In todays paper Mangini says that Belichick does such a good job with his team - That you can't count them out.
