Well MY Sweetie and I made it home safe and sound after a 6 hour run in rain and wind. We arrived home at 2:45 PM and the Winnie never missed a beat. I would like to reflect on the time we spent with our great friends and cover some of the high points of the Rally.
1. To you, Mike and Linda a great job under some trying weather conditions. It worked, and worked well.
2. To the 17 Rigs that showed up, Thank you for driving that great distance to share time together. To those that decided not to show, you missed a great time.
3. To Doris, who put together a great Name and Number list, Thank you we needed that.
4. The rains came and tried to wash out the great RVing spirit that we have and Mother Nature failed to dampen our spirits.
5. We discussed the Spring Rally and as I announced Jersy Bob agreed to be the Wagonmaster, Al and I both agreed to assist and put a real Joisey spin on the event. We will have details shortly and make the Spring Rally a super event.
6. To all of you thanks again for allowing Ruth and I to really enjoy ourselves.
